Circular House Clearances is a business, set up with the aim of making a profit. Unlike charities and community projects, we do not offer free house clearances.
We do however offer free, no obligation quotes which are bespoke to your situation, including: property size and location; volume and type of contents; and any other services required. It would be almost impossible - and definitely foolish - to provide any kind of instant, online quote for a clearance. A site visit is nearly always needed to offer a responsible quote.

We never lose sight of the value that your belongings once had, and often still do, but also understand that it is not always practical to keep hold of everything out of sentiment.
The main costs of a house clearance generally come from labour, disposal fees and transport. However, we can reduce the overall cost to you if there of items of value in the clearance that you no longer want or need. We can effectively buy these items from you by reducing your quote.
Generally we would offer up to 50% of the realistic resale value of these items, to reduce the costs to both you and the environment by avoiding landfill.
Flexible Payment
& Professional Records
The finances behind a house clearance can often be complex so we accept a variety of payment options including: cash, card and bank transfer.
We also provide and store all documents relating to your clearance, including: pre-quote survey; itemised quotation; invoice; and waste transfer notes.
A deposit of 25% (min £100) is usually required to secure the clearance date(s) with the balance to be paid upon the completion of the job, prior to the key handover.

Health & Safety
There are some items, material and substances that we are not qualified to take for either legal or health & safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to: asbestos; fuel; paint; gas cylinders; plasterboard; builders waste; explosives; and medical waste.
Please understand that this is not us being difficult, nor trying to get out of clearing the whole property.
During the pre-quote survey we will identify any hazardous waste that is not included in our quote. Where possible, we will recommend a solution and/or subcontract the hazardous waste removal to a qualified handler.
