This means that we dispose of both our own waste, and our customers' waste, in a professional manner.
Although we strive to keep waste to a minimum, there will always be some unusable items and materials from a house clearance.

We believe that there is no substitute for hard work, but we also use technology where appropriate to keep you updated before, during and after a clearance.

My Story
Circular House Clearances (CHC) is a new, small, and local business.
My name is Ben and I decided to start CHC in 2025 after discovering a passion for reusing; repurposing; repairing; reselling; recycling; and ultimately reducing the need to buy expensive new items while perfectly good ones are thrown away.
This passion was partly out of necessity, as I made the decision to leave my job in the pub sector and attempt to carve out a self-employed career in another industry. While I figured things out, I delivered parcels for Yodel and turned to places like car boot sales, charity shops and tip shops to buy everyday things a bit cheaper. I realised the my view of "second hand" was completely wrong, and a lot of the time pre-owned items are simply unused or unwanted by one person - but essential and vital to someone else.
After a couple of twists and turns, trying to find a way to make an honest living whilst contributing to a more circular economy, Circular House Clearances was born.
